Help For Bikers is a charity to assist motorcyclists that have been in involved in accidents. This organization will help people pay their household expenses on a case by case basis. Help For Bikers is currently in the process of acquiring a 501(c) (3) non-profit status. Help For Bikers is a recognized domestic/non-profit corporation in the state of Ohio.

This post should prove that I am easily amused.. After adding a submitted event called the 1st Annual Motorcycle Skills Competition and Safety Seminar to welcomebikers.com motorcycle event listings I always like to check the listing(s) to make sure every things ok. When I checked out this event I noticed the random quote that displays above listings was from Henry Winkler aka The Fonz

Get Skull or Get Out!

I had a good time at the House of Harley Spring Bike Show today. Weather was great except for some fairly strong wind. BBQ was awesome, the band was pretty damn good and there were even a few vendors selling their wares.
There were a lot of great looking bikes in the show along with some very nice looking rides on the street and scattered around the surrounding parking lots. I started thinking to myself that maybe this bike show had some sort of a theme since a large percentage of the bikes had skulls in some form or another. I`m partial to skull paraphernalia of just about any type so it made for a pretty cool time checking them all out and snapping some pictures.

One day I might just run into a local bike with some work from 3D Custom Fabricators so I can get a closer look at their work. I have talked to the owner Steve and he does some seriously friggen trick custom motorcycle fabrication for tanks, fenders, fairings or what ever the hell you can think of. This may be old but is one of my favorite advertising clips, it probably should not be considered work safe unless of course you work with really cool people that wont mind a little nudity. That is definitely not the main reason I enjoy it.
I think the production, actors and camera work are all very well done.

Bike Blessings & Biker Prayers

I started posting motorcycle prayers and blessings I have heard or ran across on the net at welcomebikers.com for riders that just might be looking for some thing to mumble before they ride off or a group that would like to say a few words before each run. If you know any prayers or blessings and would like to add to the current list please feel free.
If it is not your biker prayer or blessing, remember to give the appropriate credit when possible. Ride often and ride safe my friends.
